Michael Jackson evokes many memories for me, but this track in particular was a major hit in 1985, a time I was living in Tunisia. There was little English music on the radio, and we didn’t have a TV. We kept in touch via BBC World Service when we could. We were driving south towards the desert when on our car radio this track was played… and we immediately all loved the music (partly I am sure because it was something we could understand!). We then for the next few weeks, kept listening out for it. This track reminds me of one of my childhood highlights of growing up and living in the beautiful country and culture of Tunisia.
